Green Circle Logistics acquires BC Wiles & Sons Ltd (BCW).
As you may know, BCW has proudly served its customers since 1975, originally founded by Brian Wiles and later operated by his son, Martin Wiles. Over nearly five decades, BCW has built a strong reputation for reliability, quality service, and a dedicated team of long-serving employees.
After much consideration, Martin has made the decision to retire in the near future. To ensure the continuity of BCW legacy and maintain the high standards stakeholders have come to expect, we are pleased to announce that Green Circle Logistics Ltd (GCL) has acquired the assets of BCW.
BCW has long been recognised as a well-respected business with a niche service offering and a loyal client base. At GCL, we deeply admire the company’s heritage, exceptional team, and unwavering commitment to its customers. That is why we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition, keeping everything you appreciate about BCW intact.
