Integrated Planning, Tracking & WMS
Our integrated planning, tracking, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform provides live operational data across the entire supply chain. GPS vehicle tracking feeds directly into planning, performance reporting, and KPI management, while the WMS controls inbound goods, stock location, inventory movements, picking, packing, and dispatch.
This end-to-end integration enables smarter routing, higher accuracy, and consistent delivery-on-time performance.

Central Planning & Live Control
Our central planning function operates around the clock, providing full oversight of fleet movements and warehouse activity.
Live vehicle tracking allows Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) to be continually refreshed, enabling proactive exception management and clear, timely communication with customers.

Warehouse Visibility & Inventory Control
The WMS delivers full stock traceability at pallet, carton, and item level, supported by barcode scanning and system-driven workflows. Customers benefit from real-time inventory visibility, transparent reporting, and strong audit trails.
The system supports a wide range of operating models, from bulk pallet storage through to pick-and-pack and e-commerce fulfilment, scaling as volumes and complexity increase.

Customer System Integration
Our technology platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with customer systems and external data sources.
We support multiple data exchange methods, including EDI and structured email formats, reducing manual handling and improving speed and accuracy from order receipt through to delivery.

In-Cab & Driver Technology
In-cab technology enables direct, real-time communication with drivers, including job instructions, updates, and messaging.
Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD), digital signatures, and app-based vehicle checks support paperless workflows, improved compliance, and operational efficiency.

Performance Insight & Continuous Improvement
By combining transport, telematics, and warehouse data, we generate detailed performance insights that support continuous improvement. These analytics underpin KPI reporting, root- cause analysis of delays, and targeted efficiency improvements.
Where appropriate, this insight is shared with customers to improve planning, reduce cost, and strengthen long-term operational performance.
